I'm a stay at home mom to seven children, one Pit Bull, two Dachshunds, one Quaker Parrot and a bearded dragon.  That keeps me pretty busy in and of itself.  Food is important to me. Not because I'm a hoity-toity foodie (I'm not), but because when you alone are responsible for the care and feed of nine people on a regular basis, it takes up a lot of your life.  I figure that I spend about 75% of my life procuring, purchasing, making and cleaning up the meals that I make for my family.  And that is just the humans.  I am exhaused.  So please excuse any typos and grammar errors.  I do try to keep them to a minimum, but I am usually writing with about eleventy-billion things going on around me and sometimes, they do tend to get by me.  Be gentle.
